Easy, crunchy semi-homemade Guacamole Dip

Easy, crunchy semi-homemade Guacamole Dip

This is one of the easiest dip one can make. It is possible to make it from scratch, but I like make it this way. We can get the fresh made dip taste and also it doesn't take much time. Its healthy with veggies like avacado and tomatoes. The crunch comes from fresh cut tomatoes and onions, topped of with cilantro or coriander leaves and little bit of lemon juice. We can make it spicy by adding some tobasco (hot sauce), I added Sriracha hot sauce because its spicier than tobasco and I dont have tobasco at home :). I used the guacamole dip  shown in the picture below. It is usually kept in the refrigerated section (near the cheeses and the dips) in the grocery store (maybe in other brands too). It comes with two pouches. I used both the pouches. Tomato salsa can be found near the chips. I used the 'hot' variety.

Ingredients:

2 pouches of the guacamole dip
1/2 cup tomato salsa
1/2 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
3 garlic pods chopped tiny
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped cilantro or coriander leaves
couple of squirts of sriracha hot sauce
salt to taste

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together. Adjust spiciness according to your taste. Serve with corn chips or in wrap as an accompaniment. Enjoy!!!
